Modalities of reservation

For an easy and fast reservation : choose your program, complete the form of contact our reservation service in 32 ( 0 ) 84/22 21 03, we support you in your initiative.

Malagne send a booking agreement by email to confirm your reservation. The hour of your visit is also indicated. The reservation becomes definitive at the reception of a copy of the “Exemplary convention to be duly sent back” signed and dated by the person in charge of the group.

Communities and public institutions have the option to send an order form attached to the booking form.

The signature of the convention of reservation involves the total membership in the modalities relative to the organization of the visit and to the general terms of sale.

Specific needs

We listen our requests or specific needs (themes, groups with disabilities,…) Don’t hesitate to contact us to organize your visit, our mediators adapt themselves to your request. We can also welcome you for a first pre-visit by appointment.

Price conditions

Price rates apply to groups of at least 15 if they booked. Under 15 persons present, a fixed price rate is applied corresponding to the price for a group of 15 people. In other cases, the individual price is applied.
